Report on Field Trials in Various Sites in Jilin Province
In order to demonstrate the efficacy of Lilijai fertilizer in
rice, corn, vegetables, and watermelon, etc., large scale demonstration
field trials have been conducted in Jilin city, Dehui city,
Shuangyang district, Luyuan district, Taonan city, Liuhe county,
Panshi county, Jiaohe city, and Yushu city. The following results
have been obtained from the trials.
1. Vegetables
Power have demonstrated obvious effects on increasing the yield
and improving the quality of vegetables. Results obtained from
the Jilin city, Shuangyang district, and Luyuan district have
demonstrated that£º
In cucumber£ºyield increase on average by 20%£¬and well-proportional
build of cucumber fruits.
In crown daisy£ºGrow green and height of plants increased by
11 cm compared with CK.
In tomato: increasing size of tomato fruits£¬and increasing yield
by 30% compared with CK£¬extending the harvest period for 10
days.
In eggplant: in Dehui city, Power extended harvest period for
open field eggplant and increased yield by 40%.
2. Rice
Applications of Power by seed soaking and three times spraying
when raising rice seedlings promoted growth of seedlings and
enhancing resistance to diseases. Application of Power at seedling
stage increased height of rice plants by 1.9cm£¬made earlier
tillering and increased 0.4 tillering compared with CK. Rice
seedlings treated with Power grew with deep green leaves and
could meet the standards of raising strong rice seedlings. Rice
plants returned normal growth rapidly after transplanting and
grew vigorously.
3. Watermelon
Soaking seeds before raising seedlings and spraying on plant
at growing stage could promote growth of seedlings. Watermelon
plants after transplanting grew vigorously and produced watermelons
with large size and good quality. The yield of watermelon increased.
4. Application of Power did not get obvious effects in fresh
kidney beans or corn.
5. Farmers showed their desire for applying Power foliar fertilizer
because, .
The above results indicate that Power, a new type plant growth
regulator, has good fertilizer effects in vegetables, rice and
watermelon and that is has good prospective in agricultural
production. In conclusion, Power should be extended across Jilin
province in the future.
